一、主动调用
获取ACCESS_TOKEN

二、通讯录管理
1. 管理部门
1) 创建部门
QQ::exmail::department::create(access_token, hash);
2) 更新部门
QQ::exmail::department::update(access_token, hash);
3) 删除部门
QQ::exmail::department::delete(access_token, id);
4) 获取部门列表
QQ::exmail::department::list(access_token, id);
5) 查找部门
QQ::exmail::department::search(access_token, hash);
2. 管理成员
1) 创建成员
